झणझणीत शेव भाजी | Shev Bhaji | Sev Bhaji Recipe | Dhaba Style Sev Ki Sabji

1 medium sized onion
1 medium sized tomato
Bowl of dried coconut
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
2 tablespoon Everest lal tikhat
3 tbsp red chillies powder
1 tablespoon coriander cumin seeds powder
2 tbsp onion garlic masala
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tablespoon turmeric
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt ( as per taste)
Oil

ENGLISHIngredients: -
1 medium sized onion
1 medium sized tomato
Bowl of dried coconut
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
2 tablespoon Everest lal tikhat
3 tbsp red chillies powder
1 tablespoon coriander cumin seeds powder
2 tbsp onion garlic masala
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tablespoon turmeric
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt ( as per taste)
Oil
Bhavnagari shev 2 cups
Method: -
1) First make the vatan
2) For making vatan onion, coconut, tomato, sesame seeds and coriander seeds fry well untill gets light brown colour.
3) When it cools down, transfer the mixture into blender jar and blend it into fine paste. Donot add water or add minimum water while blending masala or vatan.
4) Turn on the heat and keep the pan hot.
5) Once kadai is hot, add oil.
6) Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds. After cracking the mustard seeds, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
7) Then add vatan or masala and also ginger-garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
8) Now add garam masala, red chili masala, coriander cumin powder, turmeric powder, home made chili masala, onion garlic masala and saute for 2 minutes.
9) After 2 minutes, add hot water, coriander leaves, salt to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.
( You can adjust consistency according to your taste )
10) After 5 minutes, reduce heat and cover the pan and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
11) After 10 minutes gravy is ready. Turn off the gas.
12) Now take a bowl, take out the gravy in it, spread shev on it and add some more gravy on top, add a little coriander leaves on top, finely chopped onion on the side.
12) You can eat this shev bhaji with chapati or bread, pav.

बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
मीठ
२ वाटी भाव नगरी शेव
कृती:-
१) पहिल्यांदा वाटण बनवून घ्यायचे.
२) वाटाणा साठी कांदा, खोबरे, टोमॅटो, तीळ, धने भाजून घ्या.
३) आणि थंड झाल्यावर मिक्सर मधून वाटून घ्या.
४) गॅस चालू करा आणि त्यावर कढई गरम करायला ठेवा.
५) कढई गरम झाल्यावर त्यात तेल टाकावे.
६) तेल गरम झाल्यावर त्यात मोहरी टाका, मोहरी तडतडल्यावर त्यात जिरे, कढीपत्ता टाका.
७) मग त्यात तयार केलेले वाटण आणि आल लसूण पेस्ट टाकून २ मिनिटे चांगले एकजीव करून घ्यावे.
८) आता वाटणला तेल सुटू लागेल मग त्यात गरम मसाला, लाल तिखट मसाला, धना जीरा पावडर, हळद, घरगुती तिखट मसाला, कांदा लसूण मसाला टाका आणि २ मिनिटे चांगले परतून घ्यावे.
९) २ मिनिटानंतर त्यात गरम पाणी घाला त्याच बरोबर कोथिंबीर, चवीनुसार मीठ घालून ५ मिनिटे चांगली उकळ काढून घ्यावी.
१०) ५ मिनिटानंतर गॅस बारीक करून कढई वर झाकण ठेवून १० मिनिटे उकळून घ्यावे.
११) १० मिनिटानंतर रस्सा तयार आहे .
१२) आता एक वाटी किंवा बाऊल घ्यायचा त्यात रस्सा काढून घ्या त्यात शेव टाका आणि वरून अजून थोडा रस्सा टाका, वरून थोडी कोथिंबीर टाका, बाजूला बारीक चिरलेला कांदा आपली मस्तीपैकी झणझणीत शेव भाजी तयार आहे.
१२) ही शेव भाजी तुम्ही चपाती किंवा पाव सोबत खावू शकता.
